China Railway Beijing Group Holds 2025 Security Inspection Business Training Session, Company General Manager Invited to Give Lecture

From October 13 to 17, 2025, the 2025 Security Inspection Business Knowledge Training Session of China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd. was held in Beidaihe. The training was designed to comprehensively enhance the professional competence and management level of the security inspection team, fortify the safety defense line for railway transportation production, and provide solid safety assurance for passenger travel and freight transport.

The training session, tailored to the practical needs of railway security inspection work, was divided into a cadre training class and a staff training class, with over 100 security inspection management cadres and frontline security inspection backbone personnel from units under the Beijing Group Company participating. Industry experts and relevant business leaders from China State Railway Group were invited as instructors, and the training was conducted through various formats including theoretical lectures, case analysis, on-site teaching, and simulated drills. Zhao Jinlong, General Manager of Beijing Daoxin Dechen Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to give a lecture at the training session.

The security inspection business training focused on topics such as interpretation of security inspection policies and regulations, construction of risk prevention and control systems, emergency response command and coordination, team management and performance assessment, operation and maintenance of security inspection equipment, identification techniques for prohibited items, application of new security inspection technologies, and service standards and communication skills. The aim was to strengthen safety responsibility awareness among security inspection personnel, enhance their decision-making capabilities and overall coordination skills in complex scenarios, and promote the standardization, normalization, and refinement of security inspection management.

Zhao Jinlong, General Manager of Daoxin Dechen Company, combined typical cases to explain in detail the morphological characteristics and identification methods of various prohibited items, and organized trainees to conduct simulated drills on security inspection image recognition, with a focus on improving the practical operational capabilities and emergency response skills of frontline security inspection personnel, ensuring they are proficient in job skill requirements.

This training was highly targeted and broad in coverage, addressing the shortcomings of security inspection personnel in theoretical knowledge and practical skills, further unifying security inspection work standards, and consolidating a consensus on safety. A relevant person in charge of Beijing Group Co., Ltd. stated that in the future, they will continue to strengthen the construction of the security inspection team, regularly carry out business training and skill competition activities, continuously consolidate the foundation of production safety, and provide strong safety assurance for the high-quality development of railways.
