The AI Security Inspection Analyzer (AIIRE(S)-L01) is the core external hardware of the AI security image judgment system. It is designed for existing lanes already equipped with X-ray security machines, enabling intelligent upgrades through external connection without replacing the security machine, thereby achieving AI-assisted image judgment capability and realizing non-destructive upgrading of existing equipment with low investment. The device has a built-in dedicated AI algorithm module for precise identification of liquid items, with a liquid detection rate of 98%, addressing the shortcomings of traditional X-ray machines in identifying liquids and challenging items. It supports simultaneous multi-target detection, enabling intelligent analysis of multiple suspicious areas within a single image, improving information extraction efficiency per inspection. The device is deeply integrated with the AI intelligent image judgment system, with X-ray images synchronized in real time to the judgment terminal, and suspicious items automatically annotated and highlighted, assisting security personnel in rapid verification, reducing missed detection risks and alleviating judgment fatigue. The analyzer is plug-and-play with simple deployment, compatible with various mainstream brands and models of X-ray security machines, and widely applicable to intelligent upgrade scenarios for existing lanes in railways, subways, airports, venues, ports, and other locations.
