X-Ray Security Inspection Equipment for Lishui High-Speed Railway Station, Shanghai Railway Bureau Group

The project mainly includes X-ray security inspection systems, walk-through metal detectors (security gates), handheld metal detectors, handheld liquid detectors, and intelligent image analysis systems.

X-ray security inspection equipment uses X-rays to penetrate luggage and personal items, displaying the outline and internal structure of objects on the screen based on the varying absorption levels of different materials. For example, organic materials (such as clothing and food) absorb less X-rays and appear orange or green on the image, while inorganic materials like metals absorb more and appear blue or black.

Security gates primarily operate on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When a passenger passes through the gate, any metal items carried will alter the distribution of the magnetic field inside the gate, triggering an alarm.

Handheld metal detectors are based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When approaching a metal object, the coil inside the detector generates an induced current, which triggers an alarm.

Handheld liquid detectors operate on the principle of dielectric constant detection. Different liquids have different dielectric constants, and by measuring the dielectric constant of a liquid, the device can determine its nature, distinguishing between dangerous and safe liquids.

The intelligent image analysis system enables real-time detection and early warning of prohibited items concealed in passengers' luggage by collecting and analyzing security inspection image data. Through a unique image data segmentation method, it performs layered and categorized full scanning of passenger parcels, assisting check-in staff in quickly identifying prohibited items. The system is compatible with security inspection machines of all brands and achieves a detection rate of over 98%.
