Lishui High-Speed Railway Station X-ray Security Inspection Equipment of Shanghai Railway Group Corporation

Lishui High-Speed Railway Station is an important railway passenger station in southwestern Zhejiang, serving a large number of travelers, and its security inspection work is directly related to passenger travel safety. The project provides Lishui High-Speed Railway Station with a full set of security inspection equipment and systems, including X-ray security inspection systems, walk-through metal detectors (security gates), handheld metal detectors, handheld liquid detectors, and intelligent image recognition systems, covering the main stages of passenger baggage inspection and personal inspection.

X-ray security inspection equipment uses X-rays to penetrate baggage and items. Based on the differences in how various substances absorb X-rays, it clearly displays the outlines and internal structures of items on the screen, helping security personnel quickly determine whether suspicious items are carried in baggage. Walk-through metal detectors trigger alarms by sensing metal items carried by passengers, working in coordination with manual inspection by security personnel; handheld metal detectors are used for supplementary inspection, conducting detailed checks of key areas. Handheld liquid detectors can quickly identify bottled liquids carried by passengers, assist in determining the nature of the liquids, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of inspecting liquid items.

The intelligent image recognition system connects to security inspection image acquisition equipment, conducts real-time analysis of baggage and parcel images, assists image recognition personnel in identifying prohibited items, reduces reliance on manual experience, and lowers the risk of missed detection. During deployment, the equipment and systems are integrated with the station's existing security inspection processes. Security personnel take up their posts after unified training, forming a security inspection operating model in which equipment, systems, and personnel work together.

After the project was put into use, the inspection efficiency of the security inspection channels at Lishui High-Speed Railway Station was improved, the ability to intercept prohibited items was enhanced, and passenger flow became smoother, providing strong safety assurance for the station's daily operations and passenger travel.
